AC/DC are releasing their first live album in more than a decade, using the audio from their Live At River Plate DVD.

Recorded in Buenos Aires in December 2009 as fans welcomed the band back to Argentina after a 13-year absence, the show was considered a highlight of the Black Ice world tour.

AC/DC's record-breaking trek saw the band perform to five million fans in 108 cities, justifying their place as one of the highest-grossing rock bands of all time.

The album, AC/DC Live At River Plate, will be issued as a two-disc CD or a three-disc vinyl package, featuring multiple album covers and a 24-page booklet.
