Tenacious D have announced they'll be releasing a new album by putting out a snippet of a new song.

The new album is called Rize Of The Fenix and the opening track makes reference to the band's failed 2006 movie, Tenacious D and the Pick Of Destiny.

No word as of yet when there will be a full song or album release date but it sound like it will be awesome/funny regardless.
