‘It’s Been A Long Time Coming’: Sophie Ellis-Bextor, The Pussycat Dolls & More To Tour Australia

Wind back the clocks and get out your discmans because some of the biggest pop icons of the ’90s and ’00s have just been announced as part of the returning So Pop national arena tour.

Playing shows across the country in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne next April, the all-star line-up features Sophie-Ellis Bextor, The Pussycat Dolls, Steps, Smash Mouth, Whigfield, Alice DJ and more. It’s pretty much the ultimate school disco playlist.

The Pussycat Dolls frontwoman Nicole Scherzinger announced the group’s reunion last week after they officially disbanded in 2010. It’ll be their first tour in Australia.

“I love all my girls so much and cannot wait to show you what we’ve got in store for you,” she said about today’s announcement

“It’s been a long time coming but this feels like the perfect time to remind the world what it means to be a Pussycat Doll.”

General public tickets go on sale on 9 December. Head over to theGuide for all the details and check out the full line-up below.
